Before joining the Casablanca Bar, Maître Mountacer worked for one of Africa's largest banks, where she managed contentious cases handled by external lawyers representing the institution before the courts of the Kingdom. Her role also involved selecting the procedures and actions that best protected the institution's interests.Maître Amal Mountacer also served at a renowned notary office in Casablanca, overseeing the drafting and management of various real estate contracts and agreements. As part of her duties, she ensured compliance with formalities related to the registration and filing of contracts and deeds with the Kingdom’s land registries.After obtaining a research Master's in International Business Law, Maître Amal Mountacer pursued a Ph.D. in Law and International Relations to fully meet the needs of Moroccan and international clients.Since 2017, Maître Amal Mountacer has also been active in academia, serving as a lecturer in law and international relations (in both Arabic and French sections) at Hassan II University in Casablanca.
