Thibaut Willems specializes in corporate and financial law, with a focus on loan financing (corporate and acquisition financing), asset financing (real estate and asset-based lending), project financing and PPPs, structured finance, and debt restructuring. He advises financial institutions, investors, and companies on a variety of syndicated and non-syndicated loan transactions, both nationally and internationally.Thibaut has acted as a lawyer in a wide range of project finance transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He also has considerable experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financial law, and securities law. He is a member of NautaDutilh's Energy Sector Team and the Benelux PPP/Project Finance Group.
