A lawyer at the Paris Court of Appeal, Christian Ligneul is responsible for advising our clients in labor law and criminal law. He holds a specialization certificate in criminal law issued by the French National Bar Council.He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Paris and the general competition of law faculties. After earning a law degree, Christian Ligneul obtained a diploma in private law from the University of Paris 2-Panthéon-Assas with honors and a diploma in criminal science from the University of Paris 2-Panthéon-Assas with distinction.He has published numerous contributions in private law and has taught private law and criminal sciences at Paris II and various French universities.A former student of the National School for the Judiciary, he has held positions as a substitute prosecutor, deputy public prosecutor, judge, liberty judge, vice-president, and president of a court. He is now an honorary magistrate.A lawyer since 1971, he is a founding partner and manager of the LIGNEUL law firm.After practicing as a generalist lawyer at the Paris and Val-d'Oise Bar Associations, he is now a lawyer at the Paris Bar, focusing on advising and handling litigation in the following areas:Criminal Law: General criminal law (defending individuals accused of crimes or victims of offenses before all courts of investigation, criminal courts, and police courts), specialized criminal law (particularly in economic criminal law), and risk prevention in criminal matters.Labor Law: Advice and litigation in employment law, particularly in areas such as dismissal, workplace harassment, or individual and collective labor disputes. Christian Ligneul provides support to both employees and employers to prevent social risks and assist in labor-related litigation.
